Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Buyer Responsibility: Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Customs Detainment: We are not responsible for packages detained, delayed, or destroyed by customs due to unpaid fees or failure to clear customs.
2. Acts of God, Natural Disasters & Global Events (Force Majeure)
No Liability for Logistics Disruptions: We are strictly not liable or responsible for any product damage, shipping delays, or lost packages caused by factors beyond our control.
Included Events: This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, severe storms, heavy snow, epidemics, pandemics, wars, international conflicts, strikes, labor disputes, or random customs inspections. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by these events.
3. Strict Photo & Video Evidence Requirement (No Physical Returns)
No Physical Returns: We do not accept physical returns for this product.
Reporting Window: To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must email stux080@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Required Proof: You must provide clear photos and a short video showing the issue alongside the original shipping label.
Exclusions: Minor cosmetic packaging damage (scratched or wrinkled boxes) from international transit is excluded from refunds.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address Liability
Address Accuracy: The buyer is strictly responsible for providing the correct, complete shipping address at checkout.
No Refunds for Typos: If a package is undeliverable, unclaimed, or destroyed by the carrier due to an incorrect, insufficient, or incomplete address, we will not issue a refund or a free replacement.
5. Delivery & Lost Package Policy
Lost Package Timeline: Packages are only considered lost if they fail to arrive after 60 days (45 days for the USA) from the shipment date.
Transit Delays: No refunds or cancellations will be issued for shipping delays before this official timeframe has passed.
6. Strict 2-Hour Order Cancellation Window
Immediate Processing: Orders are automatically sent to fulfillment. You can only request a cancellation or modification within 2 hours of purchase.
Finality: After 2 hours, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
7. No Buyer's Remorse (Final Sale)
Final Sale: All sales are final.
No Remorse Refunds: Refunds or replacements will not be issued if you change your mind, ordered the wrong variant, or simply dislike the product.
8. European Union (EU) Right of Withdrawal Exception
In compliance with EU consumer law, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
How to start a withdrawal request: Visit your account at https://shopify.com/94156456272/account, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request.
For unfulfilled orders (cancellations): EU customers may cancel an order at any time before fulfillment, or within 14 days of delivery, regardless of the 2-hour cancellation window stated in Section 6.
Returning the item: Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days of that notification. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs: EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full product price plus the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exemptions: This right does not apply to items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
9. Package Marked "Delivered" but Missing
Tracking Discrepancies: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you claim you did not receive it, we cannot issue a direct refund.
Official Proof Required: You must obtain and provide an official non-delivery certificate with a physical seal/stamp from your local post office before any claim is reviewed.
10. Safe Delivery Location & Unclaimed Package Forfeiture
Drop-off Point Theft: We are not responsible for stolen packages after successful delivery to an unsecure location (porch, doorstep, yard, or mail cabinet).
Failure to Collect: If you do not pick up your package from the local post office within their holding period and it is abandoned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
11. Excluded Remote Destinations & Untrackable Shipping Methods
Untrackable Routes: No refunds or disputes will be accepted for orders placed from remote international islands, states, or destinations where local postal tracking is unavailable.
Refused Regions: Orders shipped to internationally restricted or high-risk logistics zones are completely non-refundable.
12. Refund Processing Timeframe & Original Payment Restrictions
Method of Refund: Approved refunds will exclusively be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. No alternative card or account requests will be honored.
Processing Delay: Once an approved refund is initiated, please allow 7 to 14 business days for your financial institution to post the funds.
13. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution Terms
Pre-Dispute Contact: Buyers agree to contact stux080@gmail.com directly to resolve order issues before initiating a credit card chargeback or bank dispute.
Policy Forfeiture: Opening a formal payment dispute or chargeback bypasses our customer service team, voids your eligibility for an amicable refund, and may result in the blacklist of your details from future purchases.
14. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. By purchasing from our store, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
16. Product Description & Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, sizes, and finishes may slightly vary from product photos due to differences in monitor/screen settings and manufacturing tolerances. These minor variations do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
17. Age Restriction & Parental Responsibility
Some of our products may not be suitable for children under a certain age as indicated on the product listing. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for ensuring the suitability of any product purchased for a minor. By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms they are of legal age or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
18. Intellectual Property
All original product descriptions, store branding, and written content on this store are the intellectual property of Stuxxy Store and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. Product images may be sourced from our suppliers and remain the property of their respective owners.
19. Policy Modification Rights
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to our store. Your continued use of our store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
20. Sanctions & Restricted Regions
We do not ship to countries or regions subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions. Orders placed from sanctioned or restricted regions will be cancelled and fully refunded. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe may violate applicable trade laws or regulations.
