Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 24 hours of placement, as they may already be in processing.
Delivery Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–13 business days depending on your location. Most orders (over 70%) arrive within 5–11 days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs inspections, extreme weather, natural events (including earthquakes, volcanic activity, and other natural disasters), public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Split Shipments Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as items may be dispatched from different warehouses.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Incorrect Address We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
Returned to Sender If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
