2. Store Rights & Order Rejection
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or high-risk
- Orders from sanctioned, restricted, or high-risk regions
- Orders with mismatched billing/shipping information
- Duplicate or bulk orders that suggest resale without authorization
You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled under this clause.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept PayPal as our payment method. Payment is processed immediately upon order placement. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, with a full refund issued to the customer.

4. Billing & Payment Processing Timeline
Payments are processed at the time of purchase. In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be fulfilled. Approved refunds are returned exclusively to the original payment method and may take 7 to 14 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

5. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention
Submitting a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal is a violation of these Terms. Users who initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us at stux080@gmail.com will be permanently banned from our store and may be reported to payment processors. We maintain records of all transactions and communications to contest fraudulent disputes.

6. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimers
We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by carriers, customs authorities, natural disasters, or any other factors outside our direct control. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Products sold on this store are sourced from third-party suppliers. While we take reasonable steps to ensure product quality and accuracy of descriptions, we are not the manufacturer. 17. Price Errors & Stock Availability
